There, he has played a central role in developing both the guest experience and the department&#8217;s culture. Now he looks forward to further developing Lysebu&#8217;s food and beverage offerings \u2013 with a focus on quality, collaboration, and local roots.  <\/p><p>Kathrine joins Lysebu with solid leadership experience from Ekebergrestauranten, where she has worked closely with operations, service, and team development.
