Cooking Classes
For a pleasant break during a busy meeting day, or as a team-building activity, you have the opportunity to prepare and create a 3-course menu based on the season’s best ingredients together with our own chefs at Lysebu. Our in-house patisserie provides the dessert afterward. We begin the course with a review of the menu ingredients, filleting, and preparations. Participants are then divided into three groups that will cook together with guidance and discussions with our chefs. After the kitchen session, participants get to enjoy their self-prepared meal together.
