In the event of a fire alarm

  • Be calm and controlled
  • Close windows, leave the hotel room immediately and close the door
  • Take the stairs. The lifts must not be used
  • Attendance at the garages in the car park, or follow instructions from staff
  • Fire doors will be automatically closed throughout the hotel. These doors do not lock and can be opened if necessary.

A non-smoking hotel

Please note that Lysebu is a non-smoking hotel. The smoking ban applies in all hotel rooms and in all common areas. Violation of this will result in a fee of NOK 3,000.

Focus on the environment

Since 2012, Lysebu has been a proud Environmental Lighthouse company. We encourage our guests to contribute by making environmentally friendly choices during their stay.

Use your towels several times. If you want to use your towels again, we ask you to hang them on the hook in the bathroom. If you want us to replace them with new ones, we ask you to leave them on the floor.

Please help us with source sorting by placing empty bottles on the desk.

If you sleep with the window open, we appreciate you lowering the heat in the room, so we don’t fire for the crow.

Remember to turn off the light when you leave the room.
