The Library

The Library at Lysebu is an intimate and private room, where the walls are lined from floor to ceiling with books, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. With a long table and a fireplace, the room has an extra pleasant and homely feel, perfect for good conversations and closeness around the table. It is also close to both the bar and the terrace.

The Wine Cellar

The Wine Cellar at Lysebu is a unique and atmospheric venue, perfect for smaller gatherings and special occasions. Everything is set for an intimate and exclusive experience – whether it’s wine tasting, private dinners, or celebrations.

Skjaelland
The Weidemann Hall
A stylish venue with a fireplace and access to our romantic Rose Garden. Here you also have a view of the kitchen garden, which gives the room a warm and natural setting – ideal for intimate, romantic, and atmospheric gatherings.

A bright and spacious event venue with views of the forest, Tryvann Tower, and the hills. Skogsstuen combines classic elegance with an airy and relaxed atmosphere, well-suited for both weddings and other celebrations.

The View

A magnificent and elegant event venue with panoramic views of Nordmarka. Large windows, high ceilings, and an open feel make Utsikten a natural choice for larger and more formal gatherings. Utsikten is also Lysebu’s main restaurant.

Cavalierhall
The Cavalier Hall
A classic and atmospheric venue with beautiful rose painting on the walls. Kavalersalen is perfect for gatherings that desire a traditional expression with historical character and a solemn atmosphere. A grand piano is available in this venue. Often used for concerts, parties, weddings, and large conferences.

Capacity: 40 – 80 guests

The Fireplace Lounge

A traditional and inviting room with soul and history within its walls. It features a large fireplace as a natural focal point. The venue has both a seating area in front of the fireplace and a separate dining area with a long table, making it well-suited for private, intimate, and traditional gatherings.

Krane

Krane is a secluded and exclusive venue, perfect for smaller, private gatherings. With a capacity of 4 to 10 guests, the room is well-suited for intimate dinners, confidential meetings, or special occasions where a quiet and personal setting is desired.

The venue is located in close proximity to Weidemannssalen, yet feels secluded and private. To ensure a comprehensive and exclusive experience, Krane is rented in combination with two junior suites on the floor above.

Capacity: 4 – 10 guests

Giljestuen
A cozy and atmospheric venue with a warm ambiance. Giljestuen is located by the terrace and features small tables, a fireplace, and views of Sørkedalen. With its own access to the bar, the venue is well-suited for smaller gatherings in a warm and intimate setting.
