Opening Hours – Kitchen and Restaurant
At Lysebu, our kitchen is open year-round, allowing our guests to enjoy high-quality dining experiences in beautiful surroundings throughout all seasons.
Summer 2026
During the period from June 28 to August 16, the restaurant will operate with adjusted opening hours to support a more relaxed summer operation and ensure the best possible experience for our guests.
During this period, breakfast is served daily from 08:00 to 10:00, and dinner from 18:00 to 20:00.
In addition, we offer a simple and cozy daytime service, where guests can purchase freshly made waffles between 11:00 and 16:00. This provides a relaxed and informal break between experiences at Lysebu and in the surrounding area.
We recommend that guests plan their dinner visits in advance during the summer season, as opening hours are somewhat more limited than the rest of the year.
