We are proud to introduce both Alexander Vallance and Kathrine Johnsen to Lysebu – as the new Food & Beverage Manager and Restaurant Manager, respectively.
Alexander has over six years of experience as Restaurant Manager at Amerikalinjen in Oslo, where he has been involved since its opening in 2019. There, he has played a central role in developing both the guest experience and the department’s culture. Now he looks forward to further developing Lysebu’s food and beverage offerings – with a focus on quality, collaboration, and local roots.
Kathrine joins Lysebu with solid leadership experience from Ekebergrestauranten, where she has worked closely with operations, service, and team development. She has a strong understanding of what creates excellent restaurant experiences and a genuine commitment to people.
With Alexander and Kathrine on board, we gain a strong leadership team with high professional competence, a clear presence – and a genuine passion for hospitality.
