Opening Hours Summer 2026
At Lysebu, our kitchen is open year-round, allowing our guests to enjoy excellent dining experiences in beautiful surroundings throughout all seasons.
Summer 2026
From June 28 to August 16, the restaurant will have adjusted opening hours & offerings to facilitate a quieter summer operation and the best possible experience for our guests. During this period, we only offer breakfast and a summer buffet, not our seasonal menu or A la carte.

Our restaurant opening hours:
- Breakfast buffet from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- Dinner buffet from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Price for dinner buffet:
Adult: 450 kr
Child (3-12 years): 200 kr
In addition, we offer a simple and pleasant daytime service where guests can purchase freshly baked waffles at our self-service station by the reception between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. This provides an informal and cozy break between experiences in and around Lysebu.
We recommend that our guests plan dinner visits in advance during the summer period, as opening hours are somewhat more limited than the rest of the year.
