Opening Hours for Kitchen and Restaurant
At Lysebu, our kitchen is open year-round, allowing our guests to enjoy excellent dining experiences in beautiful surroundings throughout all seasons.
Summer 2026
From June 28 to August 16, the restaurant will have adjusted opening hours to facilitate a quieter summer operation and provide the best possible experience for our guests.
During this period, breakfast is served daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and dinner from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
In addition, we offer a simple and pleasant daytime service where guests can purchase freshly baked waffles between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. This provides an informal and cozy break between experiences in and around Lysebu.
We recommend that our guests plan dinner visits in advance during the summer period, as opening hours are somewhat more limited than the rest of the year. For large group bookings, we can adjust opening hours and offerings. Send us an email at booking@lysebu.no for inquiries/bookings this summer.
