As a pleasant break in a hectic day of meetings or as a team-building activity, you can prepare a 3-course menu based on the best seasonal ingredients, working together with our chefs in Lysebu’s restaurant kitchen. Lysebu’s patisserie takes care of dessert. The course starts with a review of the day’s ingredients, followed by filleting and preparation. The participants are then divided into three groups that are then supervised as they prepare the food in dialogue with our chefs.
